We aim to acknowledge ordinary support and billing enquiries within two business days. Include the email address used for your Acompny account, but never send passwords, one-time codes or full payment card details.

Safety concerns

Signed-in users should use the in-product report and block tools where possible so a safety report reaches the moderation queue with the relevant account context.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services rather than relying on an online support response.
