About the service
Acompny is a UK-first online membership marketplace that helps adult Members discover adult Companions for paid, strictly platonic time and company. You must be 18 or over to use the service.
Core boundary
Payment is for time and platonic company only. It never purchases or implies entitlement to sexual activity, romantic affection or physical intimacy. Users must not use the service to solicit or offer prohibited sexual services, coercive arrangements or illegal activity.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and use the service only through your own account. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, misuse or serious or repeated breaches of these terms or our Community Standards.
Membership
Paid Member subscriptions renew until cancelled. The price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Membership billing policy. The price shown at checkout is the price you agree to for that subscription.
Member and Companion arrangements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members and Companions agree meeting fees, duration, expenses and practical arrangements directly with each other. Acompny does not currently process the Companion meeting fee and does not guarantee that a meeting will take place.
Safety
Users remain responsible for deciding whom to meet and for taking sensible precautions. Use public first-meeting venues, arrange your own transport where appropriate and report concerning conduct promptly.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but online services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, safety controls or technical faults. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
