Trust Centre
Say what has been checked. Do not imply what has not.
Companion applications and photos are reviewed before an approved profile goes live. Verification badges are shown only for checks that have actually been completed.
What review means
Applications
Companion applications are reviewed before approval.
Photos
Submitted Companion photos are reviewed as part of profile moderation.
Badges
A badge should describe a check that has actually been completed, not a planned feature.
Reports
User reports enter the moderation process and can lead to restrictions while a concern is reviewed.
Acompny will not present identity, liveness or background checks as completed unless those checks are genuinely in place.
