Membership billing, cancellation & refunds

Membership price

The current Founding Membership is £19.99 per month. The price shown at checkout is the price you agree to for that subscription. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies to an existing subscription where required.

Renewal

Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. Stripe processes the membership payment for Acompny. Companion meeting fees are separate and are not processed by Acompny.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the membership area of your account. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless a refund is due, membership access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

We will refund duplicate or erroneous charges and any payment that must be refunded under applicable law. Other refund requests are reviewed fairly based on the circumstances, including whether the paid service was unavailable or materially not provided as described.

Request a refund by emailing kadaremail1@gmail.com. Include the account email and the date/amount of the charge. Do not send full card or bank-account details.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable UK consumer rights.
