Member Terms

Members must be 18 or over, provide accurate account information and comply with Acompny's Community Standards.

An invitation is a request, not an entitlement. A Companion may decline a connection request or meeting invitation for any reason. Payment is for agreed time and platonic company only and never creates entitlement to physical intimacy, affection or sexual activity.

Meeting fees, duration, tickets, travel and other expenses should be stated clearly and agreed before the meeting. Acompny does not currently process Companion meeting fees.

Paid Member subscriptions renew until cancelled. Membership pricing, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Membership billing policy.

Members must not use the service to harass, coerce, discriminate unlawfully, solicit prohibited sexual services, evade safety controls or misuse another person's private information.
